9月3号，湖南发生一起恶性案件，一名51岁的女子失去理智，持刀砍人，行凶后畏罪自杀，场面非常血腥。目前伤者被送往医院进行紧急治疗，事发现场已经被警方封锁。

一、作案手段残忍

2023年9月3号上午9:00左右，在湖南临湘五里牌福桥路，51岁的大妈吴某用手捂着脸，既痛苦又愤怒地和诊所里的53岁的医生刘某吵了起来。

双方一直在争吵，医生刘某的解释和回答并没有平息大妈吴某的怒火，反而让她更加失控，情绪越来越激动。

从相关视频可以看到，事发地是一个牙科诊所，吴某一直用手捂着脸，应该是牙疼，双方可能因治牙问题产生纠纷。

然而，吴某在争论中突然拿来了一把美工刀，一不做二不休，直接刺向医生刘某。由于躲闪不及时，医生刘某的脖子被刺伤，一下子流了好多血，整个人很快倒在了地上。

周围的人被吓得纷纷逃避，有人及时拨打了报警电话。大妈吴某看到自己闯下了大祸，非常懊恼，她自知难逃法律的制裁，心态彻底崩溃，随后割腕自杀。

根据最新的信息，吴某和刘某都被医护人员及时送到了医院进行紧急治疗，目前都没有生命危险。而医生刘某的一个朋友则向媒体透露，刘某刚做完了一次手术，人还在昏迷当中。

二、知情人透露更多内情

事发后，有知情网友反映，大妈吴某之所以一下子变得这么极端，是因为她之前牙痛找了医生刘某看病，花了很多钱补牙，可能是大妈没有注意饮食，牙刚补完又吃了很多辣椒，导致上火，牙齿发炎，疼痛难受。

他怀疑是医生刘某的问题，牙齿没有补好，还白白花了冤枉钱，就去找对方理论，不料双方吵了起来，矛盾愈发尖锐，最终酿成了悲剧。

不过这也只是网友的一面之词，具体的原因还不得而知，我们不信谣，不传谣，一切以警方后续公布的调查结果为准。

但不管事实的真相如何，大妈的做法都是非常极端的，采取这种暴力的手段伤害别人的生命，是很严重的犯罪，难逃法律的制裁。

不管什么时候，我们都要有法律意识，不能鲁莽行事，如果对方侵犯了自己的权益，我们可以通过各种合法的渠道和正当的途径去沟通解决，最直接的就是报警处理。而不是动不动就大打出手，这样不仅维护不了自己的利益，还会容易走上犯罪的道路，得不偿失。

不过，很多网友反映牙医这个行业比较暴利，补一颗牙动不动就几千块，都不敢去牙科看病，希望国家能够管一下，把相关费用降低一点，让老百姓能真正看得起病。

笔者对此也感同身受，牙科这个行业是应该好好地整顿一下，查一查是否存在故意抬高相关费用的问题，收费是否真的合理？
